The purpose of the Summer Football Clinic is to take the “DUST OFF”.
It is to prepare the players for the upcoming season after being away from football for about a month due to Christmas/end-of-year holidays.
The Pre-Season Holiday Camp will have a mix of Strength & Conditioning exercises with and without the ball, combining many technique exercises such as Controlling, Running with the ball, Passing, Shooting & 1on1.
Repetition will be the key to the process. We will ensure all the movements are repetitive to bring the incidence of correct body shape/movement with a better way of managing the soccer ball and teach the specific individual skills required for each player to become competent when having the ball.
