Girls Academy – WA
As the FIFA Women World Cup is coming to Australia, we will have the eyes of the football world on Australia. The biggest football event to be held in the country.
Hosting this large sporting event will also supercharge women’s grassroots participation in Australia. It will certainly result in a massive celebration of women’s sport!
At SDB, we have been training girls in our Academy for years and have a number of success stories. We are home of bold & joyful football and our programs are reflective of our flair.
The Girls Academy has been designed to develop creative, intelligent players. Suitable for girls aged 6 to 16 years old, the focus of this program is the development of players’ skills and love for the game.
For our beginners/intermediate level players, we focus on developing a strong foundation, while making sure they also are encouraged to be creative. Our goal is to grow their passion for the game so that they keep wanting to come back and work harder with us.
For our advanced players, we will push them to the next level challenging them in making creativity and flair a staple in their arsenal.
So whether they look to start their football journey and develop basic skills, or want to take their football to the next level, we want to build a nation of confident girls and women through sport!
